Safir is an ambitious project supporting young people and the Sustainable Development Goals in 7 countries across North Africa and the Middle East.

In the wake of the European Safir project running from 2020 to 2024, this project is being implemented by the Institut français in partnership with the French cultural network abroad, the Lab'ess and the Arab NGO Network for development (ANND). The Safir community is composed of
